How good and pleasant it is
     when God’s people live together in unity!
Psalm 133:1 (TNIV*)

Sometimes it is easy to be quarrelsome with other followers of Jesus Christ. But it is so much better when we are able to live with our fellow believers in a spirit of unity.

I reflected on this recently when a member of my church moved away. He and I disagreed strongly on some pretty important issues. I reflected on how much I would have missed if we had let those differences prevent us from deep community in the spirit of Christ, which was nurtured in a small group we both chose to be in for a number of years.

How do you strive to live in unity with other believers?
