Do not be angry and frustrated!
Do not fret! That only leads to trouble!
Psalm 37:8 (NET Bible®*)

This is a warning that I'm sure many of us need to take to heart. I know I do!

This seems so difficult. To be angry, to be frustrated, to fret - these come naturally to most of us.

We're not going to be free from these things simply by effort of our own wills. They are just too powerful and ingrained emotions. We need to center ourselves on Jesus Christ, and let Christ transform us from the inside out so these things no longer come naturally to us.
