This is what the Lord says,

Promote justice! Do what is right!
For I am ready to deliver you;
I am ready to vindicate you openly.

Isaiah 56:1 (NET Bible®*)

Faithfulness lies not in saying the "right words" or being able to elucidate theological questions or participating in the proper rituals, but in living the life to which we are called. God asks us to promote justice and live righteous lives.

It is this living out of our faith which enables our deliverance. We choose to be with God by living His way.
