Friends in Christ Weekly Message

God is wonderful and glorious. I pray that his Spirit will make you become strong followers and that Christ will live in your hearts because of your faith. Stand firm and be deeply rooted in his love.
Ephesians 3:16-17 (CEV*)

Dear friends, I share in Paul's prayer for you. What Paul writes is central to your fulfillment; to your being the person God intends you to be.

Let God's Spirit take control of you. Let Christ live in your heart. This is Christ's earnest desire. He wants to give you His peace and His comfort, and to strengthen you for anything you might face.

There are many temptations in this world and much that can lead you astray. In the face of this, you need to stand firm. To do this, you need to be deeply rooted in His love, with Christ living in your heart. If this is not the case for you now, put aside everything that stands between you and God, and allow Christ to come in and transform you. This is my heartfelt prayer.
