Friends in Christ Web Site
Welcome! We're glad you are visiting our Web site. Here you can find information about the Friends in Christ ministry.
We have a local ministry building Christian small groups and providing other Christian opportunities primarily in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC and Baltimore. We provide, and work through larger faith communities to provide, opportunities to nurture your growth in Christ through groups which meet in different places. Each group chooses its own format and focus. It is our hope that groups will reflect ethnic and cultural diversity.
Bible Study Groups
We now have two Bible study groups following the same format. One meets on first and third Monday evenings (with occasional exceptions) in homes in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties in Maryland. The second, with participants from Howard, Baltimore and Montgomery Counties, meets on second and fourth Sunday evenings (change of day as of March 2007), usually in Catonsville. We particularly welcome people who expect to be able to attend fairly regularly.
